How I pitch
Sometimes I build first.
If I think I can help a local business, I’ll sometimes build a working demo of its homepage before I ever get in touch. Every fact comes from the business’s own website and materials. Anything I couldn’t verify goes on a list for the owner to confirm. The preview is never linked from this site and stays out of search results until the owner says go. If they’re not interested, it stays that way.
Both concepts are working sites you can use: walk through the inn in 3D and book a room, or build a paddleboard and check out.
Your free mockup is something else: your own homepage, shown before you sign anything.

I’m based in Old Saybrook. I meet clients in person along the Connecticut shoreline, and remote projects are welcome.

Questions people ask first.
Why would I hire a 16-year-old?
Fair question. Old Saybrook IT Solutions is a registered Connecticut LLC, I carry liability insurance, and every project runs on a signed, fixed-fee contract. And you’ll see a real mockup of your homepage before you sign anything, so you can judge the work itself.
What does “AI-native” actually mean?
I use modern AI coding assistants throughout every build. That lets a one-person studio move quickly and spend your budget on the site instead of on hours. I still make every decision about what your customers see, and I review everything that ships.
Why not use a cheap AI website builder?
If you want to build it yourself, they can be a good fit. The trade-offs: you rent the site instead of owning it, you pay the subscription for as long as the site is up, and when something breaks you’re in a support queue. With me you own the code, hosting typically costs $0–20 a month, and you can call the person who built it.
Will I own my website?
Yes. At launch the code moves to a Git repository in your name, and the domain and hosting accounts are yours. If you ever want a different developer, they can pick it up from there.

What happens if you’re not around in a few years?

Yes. Remote projects are welcome, and I meet shoreline clients in person.
